This property felt like home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The pictures look exactly like the actual home--no surprises!We'll definitely be back when we're visiting the Tampa area.

I loved the location. the House was very close to alot of Good Asian Markets and Restaurants. Great location for foodies. Brewery's are close. The Publix Supermarket is almost 3 blocks away, good Weekend Morning Flea Markets and Weekend Night Markets are close bye. Easy to get to main streets and major Highway. Downtown St. Petersburg Pier and many Beaches are just minutes away. The house is very large and up to date. Great relaxing area in inside of the screened in Patio area and a nice covered Patio area outside with a Grill. The House fealt very safe and very surprisingly quiet for the location. A small Breakfest Restaurant is just right across the street from the house. It was a super great deal. We'll worth the money. Large Washer and Dryers in the Garage, I loved the large TV's in the Living room and Master Bedroom. I will make sure to reserve this House again next year. thanks again for letting me stay here!

Jordan was an awesome host! Extremely helpful and hospitable, he made our stay seamless. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and served as a wonderful retreat. We appreciated how caring and attentive he was to our needs. We will definitely book this property again for our annual event!

Great place great location. Great Host will definitely be back if we’re in the Tampa area. Near the airport and the Hyde Park area. But super private. Our family loved the pool and the layout of the property.

We had such a great stay! Beautiful and peaceful location with everything you could need at the house. The home is walking distance to the Upper Deck restaurant and close to a great Italian place. We used the kayaks and explored the river. From the deck we saw manatees multiple times. The water is clear and a beautiful color! The house itself is new and perfectly maintained! We loved the view and all the kitchen supplies for cooking at home. We also used the deck downstairs for a day of sunbathing! All instructions were clear and the house was just easy to stay in. The host was super communicative and kind! Will definitely return!

The listing and photos do not tell the whole story!! This property is one of the hidden gems based on how the host has maximized all of the available space, truly enough room and activities to question if you need to leave the house. But that’s not why it’s 5 stars, a 5 star experience is based on providing everything you might need before you knew you needed it and the attention to detail to ensure you don’t have to spend time worrying about anything regarding your stay. That’s what Jordan and his team delivered! Do yourself a favor and experience a place that manages to make a vacation feel like home, you won’t be disappointed

Jordan was very responsive and friendly as a host. It has everything you need with linens, towels, a full kitchen, TVs, and a pool. Any issues that we had, he was quick to respond and rectified the issue immediately. This location is close to the airport, Costco, Target, Walmart and gas stations. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs which is helpful for a big family.

This was a really great stay. Being right on the canal was perfect as we could fish during our down time. The space was just as described, centrally located, and all around a great experience.
